How long does it take to get started?

What outcomes can I expect from outbound calling?
Clients typically identify potential seller opportunities depending on market conditions, list quality, and follow-up strategy. We report activity and dispositions; we do not guarantee a specific number of opportunities per day or month.
Do I have to get any tools, platforms, or pay for skip-tracing?
No — it’s completely up to you. You can either:
- Use our Stacked Data and Dialer (available as part of our full-service packages), or
- Bring your own data and dialer if you already have them.
What script are they using?
They use a script developed by our leadership team and refined through years of real estate outbound calling experience.
Will they have heavy accents?
No, our VAs have either no accents or a very unnoticeable accent.
How are the VAs trained, and how well are they trained?
Our callers are from Egypt, which is more westernized than the Philippines or Asia in general. All callers have a year or more of customer service experience and are thoroughly trained, with continuous training to perform their role successfully. They may have slight accents; we focus on consistent professionalism and clear reporting.
Do I get to meet my VAs, or is it completely hands-off?
This program is completely hands-off, but we will have bi-weekly meetings with your data manager to discuss progress. We train and manage your VA(s) so you can focus on growing your business.
Is my data shared with anyone else?
Absolutely not. We take the privacy of our investors extremely seriously, so only you and your data management team have access.

Can I choose my own VAs?
We will choose the best-suited VA for you based on our years of experience in the marketplace.
Am I committed to work with you for a specific amount of time?
No - We don’t have any commitment period.
How do I know if my VA is working the allotted hours, and can I track their KPIs?
You will receive a thorough tracking sheet starting day 1, updated daily. Your data manager will include key components like hours worked, KPIs, number of dials, and call outcomes or dispositions recorded.
Are my VAs only working for me, or will they work with other clients?
Your VAs will solely work for you. Once we select your dedicated VA, they will be trained and skilled in your market and focused on your specific business.
