Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 2025

1. Services Provided

StandardVA provides:

  • Cold calling services
  • Lead pre-qualification
  • CRM updates
  • Data management support
  • Real estate lead generation assistance
  • Stacked real estate data lists
  • Skip tracing services

Services are offered under:

  • Essential Plan ($6/hour)
  • Pro Plan ($5/hour)
  • Stacked Data ($0.03 per record)

All services are business-to-business (B2B).

2. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Closed deals
  • Revenue increases
  • Specific appointment numbers
  • Lead conversion rates

Results depend on market conditions, data quality, and client sales ability.

3. Monthly Recurring Billing

Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Clients authorize automatic recurring payments via Stripe.
  • Charges continue until written cancellation is submitted.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if:

  • The service has NOT started
  • The refund request is made during the account setup period

Once calling services begin, no refunds are issued.

(Stacked Data purchases are non-refundable once delivered.)

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide legally compliant contact lists
  • Comply with all telemarketing laws (including TCPA)
  • Use leads ethically and legally
  • Maintain lawful business practices

6. Call Recording Consent

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Calls may be recorded
  • Recordings are used for QA and training
  • Recordings may be shared internally with the client

7. Limitation of Liability

StandardVA shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Indirect damages
  • Regulatory fines due to client-provided data
  • Business interruptions

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 30 days.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Emailing us at support@standardva.com
  • Providing your account email address and requesting cancellation
  • Written confirmation will be sent within 48 hours

Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
