We offer refunds only under the following condition:
- The client requests a refund during the account setup phase
- Services have not yet started
- No calling hours have been used
Refund Eligibility
Once services begin, payments are non-refundable.
Stacked Data purchases ($0.03 per record) are non-refundable once delivered.

Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
