We offer refunds only under the following condition:

  • The client requests a refund during the account setup phase
  • Services have not yet started
  • No calling hours have been used

Refund Eligibility

Once services begin, payments are non-refundable.

Stacked Data purchases ($0.03 per record) are non-refundable once delivered.

Processing Time
